The availability of this beautiful corner site at 1 Cathedral Street, and the painstaking approach of the Trustees of Borough Market to protecting the foodie heritage of the Market meant that only a ‘one-of-a-kind’ concept would be considered for the site. The mildreds team created an exceptional, all-day plant based restaurant, the first vegan restaurant in Borough Market, and Mallow was formed.
