Adam Bowers
Our Founder
Adam started in the leisure property sector in 2018, building on his background in property finance and asset management. He has represented operators including Flat Iron Steak, Bubala, Nightjar, Brother Marcus, and Mildreds. The ‘pandemic years’ proved a turning point for Adam, as they were for many people, and this led to the formation of onepoint2 in May 2021.
For Adam, the thrill of finding deals and executing them for his clients remains undiminished. Some of his proudest moments are:
Canvassing dozens of pubs across Fulham before brokering an intricate, tripartite, off-market deal for Wolfpack Lager.
Securing an incredibly visible site in South Kensington despite 16 other offers on behalf of Brother Marcus (and completing a hat-trick of acquisitions for the group).
Brokering the arrival of global immersive concept Paradox to London with a complex deal to acquire 15,000 sq ft opposite Harrod’s in Knightsbridge.
When he isn’t dining in a restaurant under the semi-credible excuse of ‘research’, he can be found atoning for it in the gym, travelling around Europe to cling onto his grasp of the Spanish language, or at the football, where he remains a long-suffering, despondent, optimistic supporter of Manchester United.
Emily Juniper
Operations Executive
Emily joined onepoint2 in 2023, following a varied career in fitness, consulting and the private equity sector, where she assisted the growing teams of her company’s portfolio businesses. At onepoint2, her focus is on building the systems that underpin our positioning as a leading property agency for the hospitality sector. She manages our technology platforms, implements our forward-thinking marketing strategy, and keeps the team updated on the hottest brands from the UK and around the world. She also assists in unearthing new off-market opportunities to add value to our clients.
Outside of work, she loves to travel, try out new restaurants, spend time with family and friends and occasionally sing.
Leo Marmion
Property Acquisitions
Leo launched his career as a commercial surveyor, specialising in disposal and acquisition services within the Hospitality & Leisure and wider commercial sectors. He has gained experience working with a variety of clients, ranging from start-up restaurants to global retailers. After a detour into Executive Search, Leo has returned to the property industry with a renewed passion for helping operators of all sizes locate their ideal sites.
Outside of work, you'll find Leo attempting to elevate his kitchen skills (but no Michelin stars yet), indulging in both sunny and snowy pursuits, and quietly supporting Liverpool FC - a detail he conveniently omitted during his interview with Adam.
