No, we’re not just talking about Greenwich (lovely as it is) or even about this restaurant (London’s only deep dish pizza joint ). 

onepoint2 are at our best when we are doing deals like these - off-market, away from the wider competition, working to a clear brief from our clients for a location and leaving no stone unturned until we secure the site for them. Japes had a long-standing requirement to bring their unique concept to Greenwich, and we had looked at pretty much all options in a notoriously strong trading area, which breeds a ‘hard-to-access’ market. We unearthed this property and negotiated the assignment of the former Buenos Aires Cafe, putting them in company with some established neighbours in Honest Burgers, Rosa’s Thai, Grind and Sticks ‘n’ Sushi.
