Allow us to reintroduce ourselves

Anyone get that reference?

We talk a lot about working with the hospitality sector.

But maybe that’s too vague.

We wouldn’t want people in our network to consider getting in touch about a property requirement, and then hesitate over whether it’s a thing we do or not. We need you all to be our mobile sales team, to know when to introduce us to someone looking for a space.

So here’s the rundown…

onepoint2 is ‘a specialist property agency for the leisure and hospitality sector, with a focus on acquisitions’

Cool.

But what does that actually mean?!

👇

1.We are agents, brokers, who deal in the transfer of commercial real estate.

2.The leisure and hospitality sector - that’s who we work with.

⚪ Restaurants (high-end, chef-led, mid-market, fast food, grab & go, food halls, cafés, you name it)

⚪ Bars (live music venues, boozers, cocktail bars)

⚪ Members clubs (everything from youth members’ clubs to golf-based spaces like Pitch)

⚪ Immersive entertainment experiences (a global franchise bringing your favourite film to life, or a digital art gallery, screens everywhere and a constantly changing curation of content)

⚪ ‘Competitive socialising’ - the emerging, all-encompassing leisure trend - boozy bingo, golf, darts and shuffleboard

3.With a focus on acquisitions - meaning that we represent the buyers, or the potential tenant of the property

There may be some other stuff to say here, to be honest, but that was all I could remember to include for this week’s 5.23am voice note (kidding, typed this one myself).

Not even sure I have a ‘call to action’ to end with, but here’s a picture of the onepoint2 team drinking coffee in a restaurant that we acquired, talking about how excited we are to hear from all of the new clients we’re about to secure amazing sites for.

So…coffee?
